1. How does SMSenger™ send text messages for free*?
   
   *SMSenger™ doesn't use your text messaging plan but uses your existing data plan or wi-fi. Some carriers may charge the recipient for the text messages received. Please check with your carrier for more information.


2. How do I send messages to multiple contacts?
   
   Simply select the contacts you wish to send a message and press send.


3. Can any phone receive SMSenger™ text messages?
   
   Yes, any SMS mobile phone can receive your messages.


4. How quickly are my messages sent?
   
   Your message is sent as quickly as your local carrier network will deliver them.


5. Can someone in the US with SMSenger™ send a text message to a Canadian cell phone?
   
   Yes, using SMSenger™ you can send messages between US and Canada.


6. How do I change my display name?
   
   In your iPhone™ settings area, you can change your display name in the SMSenger™ section.


7. When I send an SMSenger™ message, how does my friend reply to that message?
   
   First your friend needs to have an iPhone or a smart phone with an internet browser. Once they receive your text message they can go to the "reply screen" from the text message. More information is provided in the help section of SMSenger™.
   
   
8. When I send to my friend on the Rogers™ or Fido network, my friend gets a message from shortcode (305) 000-01 that says "Welcome to Email to SMS. You have mail but are not subscribed. Reply "yes" to this message to subscribe." How does he read his message?
   
   This process is a requirement by Rogers™ and Fido. Your friend must reply to that message texting "YES" as part of a one time setup. Then everytime you have an SMSenger™ message you will receive this text message from the carrier: "You have mail from noreply@momentii.com. Please reply with "Read" to read your message." So going forward, your friend simply needs to text "Read" back to that shortcode, to view each SMSenger™ message.


9. What if my friend has her mobile phone turned off, will she wtil receive my text message sent with SMSenger™?
   Yes, the carriers will typically send the text message and once she turns her mobile phone on she will receive the message.


10. Does my recipient need wi-fi or internet access to receive my SMSenger™ message?
    No, your recipient does not need any wi-fi or internet acesss to receive a message sent from SMSenger™. All they need is a mobile phone!


11. Are there any plans to evolve SMSenger™?
